Pretty neat. Been following some of the threads on Coltforum and 1911forum. Everyone's hoping this will at least lead to a few quality new magazines being made available. I don't know if that's likely, but one can hope. You'd think if they were going to tool up (or have someone else tool up) to make some mags, they could crank out a few more.

The Browning 1911-22 was supposed to be an Anniversary gun with what was called limited production......I think they still produce them so "limited" is a broad term. I would guess they will swap it to a .22 or produce another numerically limited run.
