Anybody buy Eotech Sights?

Had one and sent in for the offered refund a year ago, retail+ $15 shipping. Had it 5 years.

So all those sights that were sent back, are they being refurbished and sold? From what I have heard the shift was only in extreme temperature changes. I don't get much temp changes and would think about putting a returned sight on my rifle for the right price. From what I heard they were some of the best before the point of impact shift surfaced.
