Hang in there my friend, I know what your going through. My last surgery was 2013. Stay stretched, strong, and positive. I had L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs removed, and fused with pins and rods. Still have some issues but better than I was. I'm rooting for ya!

That's my lower lumbar, about the size of some people's necks. I'm a little dude lol
