Condolences to the families of the victims. Somebody at the construction site did a big booboo, and they are going to have hell to pay. They are saying it was a "stress test."
C'mon folks, you don't do stress tests when people are underneath!

Saw it from the turnpike today. Apparently it fell while the cars were stopped at the light. They never had a chance. Last year a large parking garage for another college about 5 miles away collapsed while under construction. Almost makes me think there may be something in the water if you know what I mean.
