Don’t pay attention to the status under your user name, it changes with the amount of post/time you spend on here. Several members own and like the Kimbers but, it’s fun to joke about it. Relax, kick back, post up, mingle, don’t take anything seriously, and you will fit right in.

and on that note, I just received notice from Evolution Armory that my CZ 1911 A1( not exactly a wesson, but it is supposed to close) is all ready to ship after the work they did to it. looking forward to playing with it befor e my next round o f hand/wrist surgery knocks me out of shooting again( for 3-4 months )

Don't sweat the title it changes as time goes by. It's 's way of remembering the newbs here. He accuses everyone of loving Kimbers right off, the YUGO of 1911's. BTW under my forum name--somehow --"Mimber lover" was added...not by me. it this a forum joke? can I remove it somehow.? looked in user cp and cannot find that "saying" attached to anything I posted.
I have no issue with mimbers and their owners . do not own any. nor do I want THAT listed in association with my forum name.

also.I see many member list their COTEP #. where do I find mine?. again searched user cp--nothing

Doc, the 'mimber lover' you speak of is indeed a joke that each new member gets temporarily . Also, each new member is given a COTEP number and membership card.
