Oh maaann. I haven't had cake or ice cream since 2017! Gotta keep both my weight and A1C down. Just got back from the doctor today. Overall, I'm Ok but I have to lose a lot more weight. I go for labs next week (they couldn't fit me in today)...



And after I fasted too!
