Just a quick reply about magazines (often refered to as "clips" by the unknowing) for the Sig Ultra. I did some research and learned that the mags provided by Sig were made by Checkmate. I researched the patent number on the follower and verified they were made by CM. I purchased a spare mag from KIMBER, and subsequently learned it to was made by CM. I ordered more mags directly from CM. They all work flawlessly. The only difference is is the markings on the base plates (bare=SIG, Kimber and Checkmate). Oh, the new CMs have a black follower.
The SIG ULTRA uses the Wadcutter style mags (parallel feed lips).

The CM mags that came with the Ultra do indeed have parallel feed lips, but a shiny steel follower.
The mag in the video, however, is a 8 round CM that came with my Sig Fastback. Hybrid feed lips, black follower. It works better in the Ultra than it does in the Fastback... Also tested: Colt Officer Stainless (fairly old with orange follower) Colt Govt Stainless 8 round (CM non-dimpled, Parallel Feed Lips) Wilson Combat 8 round Chip McCormick Shooting Star 8 round USGI 7 round Chip McCormick Power Mag 10
