Love ESEE knives, to me amongst the best in the world. And their warranty has to be the best in the knife industry. No questions asked, it follows the knife not the owner so if you buy one used you have a knife built rock solid with a full warranty. Mike Perrin and Jeff Randall know what they're doing and they're doing it right.

I own one so far, the esee 6, big knife made for the woods and survival. I made some custom mods to my knife's sheath as well as adding a smoke grenade pouch for survival supplies (custom survival Altoids tin, bandana, paracord, Ferro rod, lighter, etc). I made it into a "dangler" configuration, much better for when moving, crouching, sitting etc is required.

I'm looking forward to putting the blade thru it's paces as I'm planning on taking some survival training in the near future.

My next esee will either be an esee 3 or the Izula.

You can't go wrong with a Panther, I've got one for my EESE3, a couple other knives and I've lost count of my holsters.
