I hopr he sues and wins big! I would understand if thr knife was on his person or even in the car easily accessible. But, in his emt vest locked in the trunk? What a bunch of p****ies!
If he declines a search, don't they need a warrant?

WTF!
 When I was in High School, we took knives in to "Show and Tell" all the time! And, We did have pickup trucks in the parking lot with 30-30 lever action Deer Rifles, and Shotguns in gun racks in their back windows ! BTW: NO SCHOOL SHOOTINGS, EVER.
